Cancellation Policy

Stretch Membership Policy Use It or Lose It: All stretch sessions must be used within the billing cycle. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month. Billing: Memberships are billed automatically each month. Cancellation: A 30-day notice is required for cancellation. A cancellation request form is available upon request. Late Cancellation Fee: If cancellation is not requested at least 30 days in advance, a late cancellation fee will apply. No-Show Fee: If an appointment is missed and not rescheduled in advance, a no-show fee will apply. Late Arrival: If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled and subject to a no-show fee. Late Payment Fee: Payments not received on time will incur a late payment fee.
